Always use BP ultimate in my bike.Filled up this time and all of a sudden the bike was backfiring and wouldn’t idle.Flushed fuel and ran a new tank of fuel through it and problem fixed.Boycott BP, nothing on what it used to be.People behind the counter simply don’t care and struggle to speak english

The stuff needs to be trained. I went inside and scan Uber code to get fuel discount. The lady did not give me the discount. After i pay i found out then i go back to ask her. She said that i need to tell her i am a Uber driver. Like literally say the word out : i am a Uber driver" then she can give me discount. Huh??? I scan the code with Uber that means i am not a Uber driver??? Rediculous!!!!!"

got yelled at by an attendant once, because it was 6:10am and they hadnt changed their prices over yet. I was half way through filling my tank, unbeknownst to what was going on when a staff member came out yelling at me that I cant have fuel right now. I was using the BP App, the bowser worked, so why would I know any different? Also, why wasnt the price updated at 6:00am like its meant to be? Its illegal not to. Very rude indeed.

I wanted a cup of tea. I was having a bad day. I was told by a team member at the counter that they are not making teas. I took this as a white lie to hide the fact that this team member was unwilling to make a tea. Why? There was nobody else in the shop. It was not busy in the evening.
