Great convenience, fast food, especially bonus on rewards card

I might not own a car. But I still go there to get milk , bread , snacks , ice- cream & tobacco. & will continue to do so as I like the staff.

Upset with Zero product knowledge staff.Why i am not allow to use Reward dollar here ?Why dont you know how to use your cashier machine ????Staff told me NO, i am shock... but other Ampol outlet can use it...i can redeem reward dollar mate.Why why your staff dont have product knowledge or training to be more useful and helpful.Very dissapointing moment when you need to deal with people who do not up skill himself to serve a value customer.

18/01/2020 at 8:00pm usually the lady working have no clue customer service especially if u r brown or black even though I think she is south Asian herself. I hope Caltex tell them how treat ur customers without discrimination that was not my first time at that servo same lady probably more than ten times I have experienced.

I have been using this petrol station for years now, since I was child and when it use to be Ampol. The customer service is usually good! up until now. There's a certain employee that every time I jump out of my car to fill it up he singles me out to prepay my services. I have confronted him about it and he has so rudely chuckled at and ignored me. Last night 6/11/17 9:30 pm the same employee did the same thing, making me prepay after 3 others had no trouble using the same pump. My mother had asked why he had requested me to prepay and he replied back saying I did not have the handle facing up" when I was holding the handle correctly! I believe he was lying because he had said over the speakers that I needed to prepay and then he was signaling me over to him.I don't think I deserved to be singled out

Sadly management have no respect for neighbours.A month ago this store replaced a Metallic grate over a sewer at the back of the store but did not secure it properly.Every time a car goes over it 24/7 it makes a very loud noise!Caltex-foodary Rivervale we’re notified repeatedly a month ago and since but do nothing they cannot even respond to polite requests of an update.Sadly they only care about themselves the local council Belmont though is useless let’s Foodary get away with this they have known about this for a month the council but will not take action.I had to put a witches hat on the grate recently myself.Sadly the Inconsiderate manager at this store has also been repeatedly requested to make delivery trucks park on the other side of the store when delivering at 3am etc as there are offices on that side not residences.Nothing has changed two months later.Useless.

This Caltex stop is excellent and the staff are 100% doing their job. Congratulations to Oshin and Meetpatel for assistance today Saturday 7th August. They assisted me with directions and were very friendly and happy to help me. I used the facilities and as I didn't buy petrol purchased an item. Congratulations to AJ I believe is the Manager on choosing great staff. I believe that excellent service should be rewarded. Brilliant

It’s where I go for my petrol, not sure what the deal is, The front door has been broken for about three months, maybe they’re going to refurbish the whole place so they can’t be bothered fixing the door, Scruffy little place, But the staff are very nice.
