Friendly staff, always smile when they talk to customers. Once, I asked about car wash price there and the lady staff explained to me with smile. I told to my friend about this place. I always fill my car patrol here. a few Saturday ago I went there again with my friend to wash her car. But the car wash was not in service. FYI when I go to some places, I always look how the way they treat customers. I will not go again if I meet a sour face staff. I will run away...

Always pumping with plenty regulars. Service is great and always super friendly. If I could suggest a safety improvement.... it needs line marking and signage to prevent accidents when coming g out of called and the people going in and out of MacDonald's

Would not accept a Caltex fuel card.Drove to Ampol Joondalup for fuel,correct,where there was no such issue.Who wants to deal with idiocy in the rain trying to get to work?How many people have been turned away?Maybe some simple training of staff would help.

Their advertised opening hours are unreliable. I intentionally planned my trip after a long day at work, to arrive 10 minutes before closing time, but all pumps were already off, lights were dark, and they looked like they had been closed for some time. The ‘updated trading hours’ on the glass doors said they should still have been open. The one remaining staff member said they’d packed up for the night, for seemingly no good reason, and was unapologetic. It certainly seemed like the one staff member remaining just wanted to close up early. I had to find fuel elsewhere.Unprofessional for the Ampol brand.
