I was on my home when I decided to pull into the ampol I buy the some things but his person behaviour is not goodGive your hard earned money to businesses that do not implement stupid policies in their stores, and who d not support such stupidity!

Coffee machine been out of order for weeks. Usually a good stop for coffee and in shop shopping. Fuel prices about the same as any other ampol

I went there at 8:30 am at 10/06 , it took a long time for the guy to turn on the pump i was ready to go but i waited, and i went to the counter and pay and my card didn’t aork and I told him sorry i just needed to transfer some and then he became so rude saying “yeah every does that to me, people just come here with no money and then i need to wait for them” i know that I’m wrong for not checking my card twice before going to the cashier. But so this the worst experience I’ve ever in a fuel station.

I was on my home when I decided to pull into the AMPOL Foodary in East Perth to collect a 20 litre bottle of water. I was asked to pay $27.50 for ONE bottle by the very same guy who had been serving me for the past YEAR!!!Firstly, there are no signs stating this is required, nor is it an obligation to enter into a contract.Give your hard earned money to businesses that do not implement stupid policies in their stores, and who d not support such stupidity!

Only gripe I have is trying to get into the tiny parking bay to access the compressed air to pump up the tyres.

Night staff behaviour is very bad .I've noticed many times.

Last night, 3 Feb 2023, I went to the ladies bathroom. I had gone there 24 hours earlier and the ladies bathroom was a mess. I spoke to the attendant and he was so rude. He started venting saying that if they paid him more he would do it and that they have private cleaners that come in and do it. I asked him what time they were coming in and he said they come anytime which was obviously a lie. He was constantly on his mobile phone talking to a friend as he had an ear piece in. I go to this servo every night for many years and I have never been spoken to like that. If he’s not happy with the pay and his duties go work somewhere else. I called around 7am Saturday morning and asked if the manager was there and he told me not until Monday. I asked if it was a male or a female and he said what does it matter. Yet another rude attendant. What’s going on at the East Perth Ampol????? You need to have a stern talk with these two as there customer service is non existent.

I really enjoyed the service provided by one of your Indian staff. We had a routine of nodding to greet each other - little to no words spoken as he recognised me.Alas, he was replaced and as I write this, I truly understand how absence makes the heart grow fonder.
