Counter lady today 16:00pm Sunday 2/02/20 so rude, I accidentally forgot my card and wanted to pay cardless and she couldn't stop shouting at me, drove to nearest atm and within 2mins came to pay and she is still rude abusive and shouting and didn't want me to use my rac card to get points. I felt this was pure abuse and discrimination against my colour.

Petrol prices are sometime higher then my little local but good if you have RAC card. 100 bucks saved me 1.28 so in terms of fuel that's good Right!!!!.

Great because there is lots of room, it's open 24 hours, and more often than not, it is one of the cheapest in the Midvale/Bellevue/Midland area.The busiest time of the 'week', is between 4-8pm on Thursdays afternoon/evenings due to the petrol price seeing an increase at 6am every Wednesday morning (as per the usual weekly petrol price cycle).So if you want to top up on Tuesday (which is obviously best), try for before 4pm, or after 8pm. Otherwise if you are up and about (eg - going to work early), get in before 6am on Wednesday morning.Staff are, well, polite I guess (I never buy food from petrol stations, so can't really comment).Who would go to BP a few metres away? Has been one of the most expensive around since it was built in the 1990's.

Seriously, the best customer service i have seen in years. I was 10 cents short and she let it pass. Im currently riding home to get 10c just to balance the ladies till. This type of thing was common 15 years ago. These days most places will insult you for being short. I will go to this servo even if petrol costs more!

You can get fuel almost anywhere, but Puma Midvale and it’s staff have a commodity that you cannot buy. Genuine customer care. Alison not only remembered I had left my RAC card in the show room from an earlier top up, but also scanned it and returned it with my change on the next one! Thanks Alison, thanks Puma!
