My daughter put fuel in her car this morning and unknowingly the attendant charged her for another pump. She was asked to pay the difference when it became apparent there was a mistake made (obviously not hers) which she gladly paid. The staff on duty at the time were quite rude and very sarcastic to her. There was and is no need to be like that to anyone especially a customer who is 18 years old and just trying to live lifeLift your act Caltex Ascot

Nice new petrol station, never bought food here so I can't comment. Access is really only from Great Eastern Hwy. There is a road connecting to the Hungry Jacks entrance, but is marked as an exit which is stupid because it means you can only enter from the highway so you have to go around the block if you're traveling East. Doesn't stop people from using it as an entrance though.

Friendly staff and good food. The pulled pork bagel was my Favourite, works out good value with a meal deal when you het a drink and snack.Toilets were.clean and tidy.

Oh man, I got a coffee at this place and by far for me it has to be the second worst coffee I ever tasted.Cappuccino tasted like boiled water and that was it.It took me over 35 minutes just to cool down the water=cappuccino.Definitely need a good barista.

Good litl servo to stop off, grab some fuel, some coffee and food. Surprisingly have a great range of fresh food & drinks. Plenty of pumps.. some with high flow Diesel.

Coffee machine seems fine, yet attendant saying machine is being cleaned and it will take time. It’s at 8:30 pm.
