So disappointing. Under staffed.I went to this Ampol to get petrol today. I have an UberEats 12 cent/L discount at Amplo and that's why I chose Ampol. But I couldn't get any discount today. I told the staff that I didn't get discount and do it again but she said she is trainer so she doesn't know how to give discount or how to give me refund. I asked where is her boss but she said it's only her working. She asked me how to refund but as I'm just a customer, I couldn't help it and left shop without discount.How could the owner let her work when she doesn't even know how to give discount or refund. Such a ridiculous owner and shop.

Always have an awkward experience here. Rude staff just freakin stare at you and say nothing. No hello, no response when I say thank you, just an uncomfortable and awkward stareI wonder where that guy from Houston went. He was so much fun

Car was on E so I put in 13 litres. Car was still on E (never happened before). Inquired about this with the staff who were completely unhelpful and rude blaming me/im lying. Filled up elsewhere next day 15litres, went from E to over half a tank. Terrible service.

Worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone. It took soo long to fill the petrol . I think worker was sleeping.

Pulled in here today for a tank of Vortex 98. The pump kept clicking and that made a precision refill difficult to execute. Bowsers probably due for a re-furb. Apart from that, a good servo with excellent access to Scarborough Beach Road. The long black was delicious. Will visit again.

Ampol innaloo and scarboroughmostly 10 cents dearer than others in this areago to united or main street.I refuse to go to either of these stations same applys to Bp in this area. look around there are three other station in this area. check petrolwatch on ur phonestop ripping og ur customers.stations.

If you want to refill your vehicle with fuel, water and air, then you can stop by. You can also resupply yourself with soft drinks, hot coffee and eatables. Newspapers and magazines to keep you informed. However, there is no car wash. Have to look elsewhere.
