You would think a place like port headland would have a decent roadhouse, payed first,got fuel and left.

Arrived at 910pm (closes at 10pm) to be told “we’re closed due to lack of staff” as two staff members were locking front door then they proceeded to stand out side and smoke cigarettes.Surely it doesn’t take more than two people to serve someone.

Customer service is amazing but the quality of food as dropped significantly since the last manager left. Used to buy lunch every day, now I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Disappointing

I was surprised to see that the fuel price was 5c cheaper than the Shell in town.Easy to use self serve machine, make sure you swipe your card before picking up the pump. Large area to drive and park for trucks and caravans.Fantastic coffee, show your fuel receipt for a cheaper coffee. The hot chocolate was the perfect temperature for the kids.Food was fresh and delicious with a nice range of pre cooked burgers and well stocked convenience store.Nice and clean eat in area for those wanting to stop longer, also a separate truck driver area.Clean toilets & friendly staff. You should 100% go there.
