Stopped in to get a coffee last night, wanting something warm in the cold night rain, and we decided to also get a couple of the flash advertised doughnuts they sell at $3.95 each. When we got home, we found the doughnuts were very hard, almost biscuit like. Clearly, they were old stock and stale. As the doughnuts are behind glass and served/bagged by the attendant, there is no way to ascertain the freshness or otherwise. Very very disappointing. I won't be buying doughnuts again from them and will be very careful about the freshness of all food from Foodary stores in future.

Usually, customer service is basically non-existent at petrol stations, but one employee here, Francis, is always very friendly, professional and kind. As a regular customer, he learnt my name and always remembers it, always asks me about my day and how my studies are going.He's a model employee and I hope that he receives the recognition he deserves.

There’s an old lady at the cashier at around 7pm was very rude to the customers.

the old lady at the checkout between 7 and 8pm is very, very unpleasant, she doesn't even say hello, she leaves a bad impression of the shop.

Sunday afternoon Nov 22. First time I’ve stopped at this station - just wanted a couple of coffees and the layout looked spacious and modern. One young girl only running the whole show. When I arrived as the only customer she was stocking the shelves and quickly began helping me work out the coffee machines and to get the coffees I wanted. Meanwhile customers suddenly appeared en masse but she continued to be helpful and polite to everyone. The coffees were a great bargain for $1 a pop - and very nice to encounter such a friendly, efficient and young employee managing the place so professionally. Next time I might even buy some petrol too!

Well its a fuel stop for me on the way to other cool places. Traveller pies are my weekness bust you can get boost juice and great coffee too. I use their vacuum for my car frequently

I was using Pump number 6 and I saw a few indigenous people inside the store helping themselves with the snacks, drinks, lollies and a few other things. They had no shame at all because they just put the things that they took inside their pants, shirts and bag and just left after they took the things without paying. They knew their activities were viewed clearly through the store footage and from the outside customers. I saw the cashier on the day was a lady staff. I noticed she always worked on Friday evening because that is the day when I filled my car fuel and she is always there. She always treated me politely and always courtesy to customers even though the working environment is not healthy for her to work alone in the evening. While I was fuelling my car came another car trying to use pump number 5. I saw 2 ladies inside the car. The car passenger went down from the car and while still talking on her phone she was trying to fill the fuel. The passenger door was wide open. The driver was still inside the car with the engine still on and the radio was so loud. The cashier lady requested the driver to step out of the car and switch off their car systems. They didn’t hear the announcement from the microphone but after a while when the car passenger didn’t manage to fill her fuel she already started screaming from the pump number 5. I finished my fuelling and went inside the store to get an ice cream. When I was at the ice cream freezer I heard the lady passenger come through the door and started harassing the lady staff. She was trying to explain about Ampol policy and safety issues but she didn’t manage to say anything because the customer started yelling and harassing her. Then the passenger went out and asked her driver friend to switch off their car systems. She filled the fuel and after done both of them came inside the store and started yelling and calling the lady staff names and harassing her badly. As a customer I can’t do anything to help this poor lady staff but hopefully by writing here something will be done to help the under-privileged staff especially this lady staff because she is one of the sweetest people that I had met. I don’t know her story but if I’m in her shoes I won’t want to work in this kind of environment. Maybe management can look after the welfare of their staff rather than just thinking about profit. It happened about 2 weeks ago on Friday around 7.30pm.
