Friendly helpful staff but lots of driver doesn't stick to the flow. Stop in the middle and wait for his or her desirable pump. Hope the staff notice it.

Easy access and convenient, and right next to the carpark exit. Do the grocery shop, get fuel, and go home. Staff is friendly. Have no had any problems here.

It's a service station, sometimes good prices. Can be bit slow to get out owing to traffic with the roadworks.

Tried to put fuel at this Caltex for the first time but was refused because I didn't park my car in the direction of the arrow, which would had been fair had there been any other car there apart from mine. The reason according to the lady was because it is really busy on monday nights... idk what cars she's seeing because it was dead quiet to me?? I tried to be nice but just got in my car and took my business elsewhere. Must enjoy telling customers off for petty stuff like this lol

An indian girl just served me today 17.11.2022 at 14.36. She was very rude and got annoyed , while i got confused which tobaco brand to take. 1 star is too much for the customer service i received.I think ampol needs to give better training to their staffs.

I’m lost for words at how rude the staff are. One lady came out and screamed at me, the other lady stood behind her at the checkout and was nasty while I paid for my fuel...all I did was accidentally come in the wrong entrance. I understand the safety issue, however yelling at customers like that is never acceptable. I can see there are lots of 1 star reviews so it must be the general nature of the people who work here. Weird power trip thing I suppose... working at a fuel station in your 60s isn’t overly desirable, so maybe her attitude is a reflection of how she feels about her own life.

It gets far too packed when vehicles/selfish drivers are parked on Burslem Dve/Albany Hwy waiting to enter (thus blocking through traffic) on very cheap fuel days. Something should be done about such situations. I then give it the big miss. Would rather pay a slightly more expensive price.

Come here for fuel. Usually a few times a week they have cheaper prices than other petrol stations. Not to busy. Staff that remember who you are.

4 stars because it's near home. The line is not convenient nor safe if you enter from the wrong direction. That, and drivers who are bent on aisles that match their fuel cap, means you could be stuck on the road, awkwardly holding up traffic. Management needs to do something about this aspect.

A other former Caltex converted to an Ampol service station.They are well stocked with supplies (for those who don't want to go go Carousel) with a carwash on premises.
