This is an awesome shop lots of goodies and drinks and good specials and the Petrol is cheap so nice to stop off for a bit and get those essentials before your long or short road trip.

This new Caltex abit dissapointed. Our family always pump Petrol at PUMA which now change it to Caltex ByfordLot 1 Kardan Boulevard, Byford, WA 6122When it's Puma the staff always very friendly and always very helpful. This morning The staff give me an unfriendly look, cos as usual I like to purchased hot foods after I pump my petrol everytime. But that guy give me a look like u should just pump your petrol and GO. When I got my foods he is totally UNFRIENDLY AT ALL.

Morning staff are very unorganized with some attitude. Normally put too much ice in iced latte (cup full of ice with little beverage). Asked for a small amount of ice and was given iced coffee with one block of ice with condescending attitude when passed over. Would be one star but afternoon staff make up for it somewhat. Go out of my way to fuel up and get coffee elsewhere now. Shame.

One night I went to Puma Byford for petrol and realized that I actually left my wallet at home. The staff there was so nice and kind, his name is Joshua, he lent me 10 dollars so I could have enough fuel to drive home. If Joshua didn't help me it would have been a horrible night for me. Thank you so much Joshua!

A safe place to fill up even at night with the friendliest male staff! Great prices on Mondays with RAC card. Avoid peak hours as it gets crowded quick

Just went in to buy 2 toasties .. the Indian guy no gloves handling our food .. in the bin it goes .. bloody discusting.. give them 0 if I could.. also same guy was rude to other customers..
